All items are baked fresh to order, from scratch. We spent a lot of time developing our packaging to ensure your muffins arrive as fresh, moist and delicious as the moment they come out of our ovens. Each muffin is baked to order right before your chosen shipping date, cooled and then individually sealed.
All muffins are perishable, and ours are preservative-free — and we want to keep it that way! This means we recommend different shipping rates for different destinations. Please refer to the FedEx shipping zone map below. Our bakery is located in New York (Zone 1), and for all shipping destinations within that zone we recommend ground shipping.
For all shipping destinations outside of Zone 1 (which may take longer than 2-3 days for delivery from New York) we recommend overnight or 2-day shipping to ensure maximum quality and freshness! We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2-Day shipping for all states in the continental USA.
We don’t ship to Zones 7, 8 or 9 at this time. Stay tuned for expanded shipping options!
Orders placed after noon will be processed and shipped the next day.
Weekend processing is currently unavailable. Orders placed between Thursday (after 12pm) and Sunday will be processed and ship on Mondays.
Please be advised that we DO NOT ship packages to P.O. Boxes. Our packages can only be shipped to physical addresses where the recipient will be present. We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, hotels or resorts. Please ensure the person will be there to accept the delivery & notify someone on duty of its upcoming arrival.
We can’t guarantee shipping products to locations that might not have an individual present to receive the package. Leaving a package is up to the discretion of the FedEx driver, not us.
We do not recommend or guarantee shipping to University Boxes. It is up to the discretion of the FedEx driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package. This is why we recommend shipping to a specific person or direct address.
All of our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products purchased. You can view your partially discounted rates on the cart summary page.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
We have the right to update packaging and package contents that are of greater or equal value for out of stock filler items.
Please be aware that Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not constitute as actual shipping days or days that are in transit. For this reason we can’t offer shipping options specifically on these days.
Neither FedEx, or Muffins on Main Street is responsible for a package once it is delivered. When a package is delivered it is officially released and neither the shipping company or Muffins on Main Street can control or influence what happens to it after delivery therefore cannot be held responsible.
Please be aware that arrival time varies depending on the FedEx route.

All damaged packages must be signed for as such to guarantee a refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.
Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. FedEx will use their discretion whether or not to leave residential packages at the door when no one is available to sign for it. We can not be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were not signed for and left outside.
